Corporate Communications Director, Head of DOC Moscow
Grigory Levchenko oversees marketing, public relations and government affairs at the Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute (DOC), an international think tank with its headquarters in Berlin, and offices in Moscow and Vienna. In 2016, he was appointed Executive Director of the DOC’s Moscow office, covering Russia and CIS. Prior to joining the DOC, Grigory was employed by Russian Railways – the largest Russian company, with 1.2 million employees – responsible for its communications. He had previously worked at Rosatom, Russian State Nuclear Corporation, as Corporate Communications Director of its power-engineering group of companies, AEM. He remained in this position for four years, at the end of which the new company ranked first in Russia and among the top two Russian power-engineering brands recognised internationally. In his previous career, Grigory worked in various managerial positions at TNK-BP, Gazprom, and Gaz de France (Engie). Grigory accomplished his MBA in Finance and Management at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Service. He had graduated in International Communications from Moscow State University.
