Founder and President of Respethica, Pascale is a well-known CSR consultant assisting organisations in identifying and leveraging their social impact in their strategy and value creation.
As head of sustainability at Vivendi for 15 years, Pascale has made a great contribution to defining the scope of responsibility of the media sector and cultural industries to society. She set up strategic priorities and KPIs directly linked to the core focus of Vivendi’s activity to demonstrate that CSR fully contributes to the group’s value creation. Pascale notably led an integrated reporting process based on financial and extra-financial information to highlight how investments in culturally diversified content created value for the group and its stakeholders. She left Vivendi in 2017.
In 2015, Pascale Thumerelle was selected to be part of the Global Diversity List (Top 50 diversity professionals in industry) launched by The Economist. She is a member of the Global Pluralism Award jury, championing the values upon which the Award is founded: appreciation for human diversity and promotion of more inclusive societies.
