Kate Coyer is an Affiliate of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. Her research examines the use of technology for social change and the impacts on human rights and freedom of expression, as well as social media company policy and practice. Her work has been featured on NPR, BBC, Washington Post, Al Jazeera, New Scientist, Wired, and Business Insider.
Richard Higgott is Researcher and Distinguished Professor of Diplomacy at the Institute of European Studies and Vesalius College, Vrije Universiteit Brussels and Emeritus Professor of International Political Economy at the University of Warwick.
