Berlin, 25 October 2016 – The Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute is establishing a new E-Library, which will provide researchers with easy access to all DOC publications. The E-Library will be curated by Michael Bärtl.

“Mr Bärtl has a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Humboldt University of Berlin. After his studies he had the responsibility of coordinating the workflow of a digitalization project, indexing articles, recording of metadata, quality control and collaboration with other departments of the university library.”

“I very much look forward to having the new E-Library for the Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute, as it will allow us to disseminate our publications efficiently to all interested parties,” said Michael Bärtl.

CEO Pooran Chandra Pandey added: ”The development of the DOC E-Library is significant for all of our members, policy decision-makers and researchers worldwide. With this tool, they can access expert comments, special reports and historical documents relating to our six research areas. This will allow us to develop their studies and research works by gathering information about global developments in one place.”

The E-Library is expected to be launched by the end of this year.
