Karolina graduated from the Collegium Polonicum in Słubice with a degree in spatial economy, specializing in the development and revitalization of towns and villages. Then she started doctoral studies at the Department of Spatial Econometrics at the Institute of Social and Economic Geography and Spatial Management of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In his doctoral thesis, he discusses the subject of changes in railway areas in the metropolitan area of Poznań.
Karolina is also a member of the Foundation’s board for the Collegium Polonicum in Słubice and the vice-president of the National Federation of NGOs in Warsaw. In her professional work, she deals with the animation of cooperation between the central administration and local governments and non-governmental organizations, and acts as an adviser to non-governmental organizations.
