The Council of Europe, the oldest and most comprehensive organisation of European integration with 47 member states, celebrates its 70th anniversary in May. Therefore, DOC together with the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, the European Society Coudenhove-Kalergi and the Paneuropa Movement Austria holds a panel discussion on the subject of
“70th Anniversary of the Council of Europe – still a platform for the Pan-European Dialogue?”
