Rapid development and everyday application of new information and communication technologies produce along with certain advantages a wide range of possible threats to human security. Traditional practices of handling issues of political management, healthcare and education transform into a new kind of digital experience, where high speed information access, delivery and processing opens a vast and yet not properly researched field of possible outcomes in short and long standing perspective. The human oriented approach to providing services and commodities in social and political spheres suffers a significant backlash, when reflecting the possible aftereffects of distance and machine learning, AI and algorithmization development and implication, digital art influence and the way economic transactions are being managed and controlled in cyberspace. The round-table participants will tackle upon the major issues, which stem from regular and systematic application of new technologies in everyday life of different societies with particular attention to the humanitarian aspects of political, social and economic processes.
