Claire Courteille-Mulder is the director of the office of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Brussels. Before joining the ILO in 2014 she was a director at the ITUC (International Trade Union Confederation) dealing with issues related to equality, social protection, informal economy, migration and gender. She started her carrier in the field of development cooperation and has worked for the UNHCR, the OSCE and several non-governmental organisations. She graduated from the London School of Economics in development studies (1995) and the Sorbonne University in Paris in international economics (1991).
