Elena Korosteleva is Professor of International Politics and Jean Monnet Chair in European Politics at the University of Kent. She is Director of the Global Europe Centre at Kent, LSE IDEAS Visiting Professor and Principal Investigator of the GCRF UKRI COMPASS project (2017-21), focusing on resilience and capacity-building in Central Eurasia. Most recent monographs include The EU and Resilience: redefining the role of “the local” and “the person” in a new global governance agenda, Contemporary Security Policy (Feb 2020, co-editor and contributor); The Politics and The Political of the Eastern Partnership Initiative: re-shaping the agenda (Routledge, 2018, co-editor & contributor); The European Union and its Eastern Neighbours: towards a more ambitious partnership?
