Hakima Al Haité is a climate change scientist and politician, President of International Liberal, former Vice President of the COP21 and former Minister of Environment in Morocco.
Ms Al Haité holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the School of Mines of Saint Etienne (France) and a degree in political communication from the University of Washington (Washington, DC). She is an expert in environmental and sustainable development project management and has published several books and scientific articles on the subject.
